**Purpose of Position**

The Publisher Development team is responsible for driving publisher connections and opportunities to Awin's advertisers. As a Publisher Development Executive, you are responsible for both administrative and operational (commercial) duties and responsibilities within the team, aligning with the Publisher Development strategy. You will be liaising with strategic publishers (new and existing) on a daily basis, being their touchpoint regarding partnership inquiries & market consultation to launch and boost their business. Additionally, you will be responsible for qualifying, recruiting and connecting new publishers and new opportunities (even form existing Publishers) with regional programs in effort to further optimize their publisher diversity. These are just some of your daily activities.

**Key Tasks**
- Identify, qualify and recruit new high potential/strategic publishers relevant to advertiser needs and aligned with the Publisher Development strategy.
- Collect, build and distribute necessary marketing & sales materials required to efficiently push publishers opportunities to the market.
- Assist on reporting and data collection.
- Ensure all local publisher opportunities and sales pipelines are recorded and upkept in Salesforce.
- Maintain the compliant upkeep of publisher accounts/data on PowerBI reporting's / Awin UI.
- Deliver market gap and benchmark analysis across publishers verticals to identify and prioritize new partnership development.
- Develop market, industry, competitor & international analysis activities to enrich the understanding of market and industry developments, especially around policies, practices, innovation & trends within the team
- Support the introduction & specific trainings/webinars of new publishers models to the advertiser account management team and/or Advertisers when strategically required.

**Skills & Expertise**
- Bachelor's Degree, Master preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in online marketing or similar field.
- Fluent in Spanish & Portuguese languages and High proficiency in English.
- Enthusiasm for performance marketing and a passion for all online related business models and topics.
- Driven self-starter mentality with a passion to get things done.
- Open-minded and adaptable, keen to learn and acquire new skills.
- Able to work on multiple topics simultaneously.
- Strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office programs especially Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
