**Descripción**
- This role drives proactive analytical support for sales commission and sales incentive processes. The role will provide compensation plan modelling to ensure optimal sales results. The incumbent also manages the new commission system and consults with leadership and colleagues to resolve commission payment questions and escalated issues. Ensure the correct plans are being applied consistent with the plan policies. This role works closely with Local Sales leader and Global Sales Ops Compensation Team to ensure all operational components are in place for sales strategy to be executed across the region. Knowledge acquired in the role is key to support other team members in Forecast or Budget processes.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Lead the annual compensation plan landing in Iberia including sales hierarchy, quota, sales coverage, new plan implementation & testing data flow and data integrity.
- Assist with the annual preparation of Compensation Plan Documents.
- Partner with sales management and communicate with the Global Sales Ops organization regarding any adjustments or changes to the Sales Compensation Plans.
- Manage the day-to-day Sales Compensation process including collaborating with senior leaders in the Sales organization, as well as Finance and Human Resources, to ensure accurate Compensation and adjusted to Budget.
- Analyze the current compensation process, seek process improvements and efficiencies to drive organizational and Sales results.
