**Intern **to complete our IT Supply Chain Customer Service Department
**Position Snapshot**
**Requirements**:
- An agreement letter from your university or Business School.
- EU nationality or NIE (identification number for foreigners)
- Residence: temporary or permanent in Barcelona
- Fluent in English.
**Terms & Conditions**
- Scholarship 960€ per month

**Period of internship**
- 6 months internship starting on February/March
- Full-time (Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 pm)
**Position Summary**
In this position, you will work as a link between the IS/IT & Business Customers and Consumers. As part of the Product Team, you will bring a deep understanding of the opportunities related to communication promoting IT tools and solutions for Supply Chain. You will learn from a team of experts about the latest trends, practices, and innovations in the software industry. You will also be able to meet and learn from eCommerce and eContent professionals who are working for real and on targeted goals.
- Create and publish engaging content for internal social media
- Edit, proofread, and improve writers’ posts, documentation, and training material.
- Use analytics to measure the impact of communication actions and shape target audiences
- Integrate and create reports and dashboards.
**A day in the life**
Support the implementation of a communication strategy for IT Supply Chain by:
- Working closely with Product Managers and Product Owners, assisting with different communication outputs.
- Preparing, editing, and producing high-quality communications materials for internal media channels (Intranet pages, Workplace from Meta, MS SharePoint, etc.)
- Overview of all Supply Chain processes and IT top solutions.
- Follow up on KPIs weekly and communicate low performance.
- Participate in building a model for Proactive & Preventive monitoring.
- Participate in IT Product Management transformation.
- Top management reporting.
- Ensure monitoring tools are available on displays.
**What will make you successful**
- Degree or Master’s in Journalism, Audiovisual Communication, Advertising, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with social media and communication targeted to the corporate environment.
- Experience working with Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- Positive attitude, proactive, sharing and coming up with new ideas, and willing to improve based on feedback.
- Experience using Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Sway, Stream )
- Passionate about technology and interested in software development
- Creative and good attention to detail.
- Awareness of Web CMS platforms and how to leverage them
