**Job Description**:
The Oncology BU Commercial Operations manager is an important member of the Oncology Strategic & Commercial Operations Team in Spain, and a critical partner in the Oncology Business Unit. Reporting into the Oncology Strategic & Commercial Operations Associate Director the incumbent will contribute, in close collaboration with finance, to the decision-making process and strategic direction of the Business.

By managing local forecasting, planning, & reporting activities and providing insights on key business drivers, they will provide ongoing business support to the Oncology BU. They see the organization end to end and contribute to monitoring the business’ performance by utilizing appropriate KPIs, risks assessments and opportunities, and by providing guidance on expense management.

The incumbent will drive to conduct scenario planning, spot relevant patterns and issues, draw insights, and assess alternative solutions and business cases for informed decisions.

The Commercial Operations team has an agile structure that enables flexible team settings depending on tasks, eases resource allocation, and creates development opportunities.

**Primary Activities**:
**Main responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Works closely with the Oncology Strategic & Commercial Operations Associate Director, Oncology Franchise Directors & Executive Director on short
- and long-term direction of the local organization by providing decision support.
- Manages and submits forecasts and associated supporting documents, ensuring guidance and timelines are followed.
- Manages promotional budget and strategic planning efforts, contributing with content for local market reviews.
- Business performance presentations
- Lead monthly actual reporting, dashboards and KPI measurements.
- Strategic analysis based on Business Intelligence and Market research.
- Lead execution against targets, with timely communication of necessary corrective actions, if required.
- Evaluation of Business Cases and ad-hoc business needs.
- Participates in monthly operational review meetings and Supports monthly close procedures in strong collaboration with Controller Accounting Lead
- Lead In-line Business & Demand planning.

**Background Requirements and Qualifications**
- University degree with Master preferable
- Fluent in English
- At least 3 years’ experience in Support functions, Business Support, Marketing, or others
- Experience with SAP, advanced user of Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Able to effectively utilize and leverage Company systems to share financial reports / KPIs etc. mastering IT and Business Intelligence solutions.
