Purpose of the job:
As an Account Manager you will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal contacts to deliver services to our customers professionally, to specification and on time. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service through excellent customer service and product delivery. You will develop and maintain a strong relationship with key client stakeholders at all levels and you will propose and deliver all company solutions.

We are seeking a **retail focused** individual with production management experience and with a proven track record in delivery of client solutions to demanding timelines and objectives.

Out client, a well-known sports/fashion brand, is focussed on market position in a competitive and innovative retail environment (different offline channels) and needs us to support, enhance and drive the success of their in-store executions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with client, client´s agencies and HH Global supply chain to provide seamless project management across communications, ways of working, sustainability, and sourcing.
- Take full ownership of the project, from brief to delivery / installation.
- Take briefs from the client including full specification details and deadline dates and manage from start to finish.
- Produce detailed specifications for internal and external clients based on client knowledge.
- Brief design teams and suppliers on client requirements and ensure these are achieved with high quality and service standards.
- Negotiate with suppliers (costs, quality, finish, service, timescales, etc) in order to select the most appropriate supplier for each job.
- Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time.
- Provide technical input and advice on projects aligned with high quality standards.
- Suggest alternative options and innovation where possible (way of working, materials, finish, service, logistics, etc).
- Ensure activity is recorded using the designated company tools.
- Maintain a full understanding of the broad range of HH’s services and work closely with the internal departments to provide the client with digital services that complement their retail executions.
- Implement new methods and procedures as required.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Work as a team to help deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, and complete necessary account admin and reporting.
- Ensure invoicing procedures are followed.
- Able to attend meetings away from the client site as required.
- Press passing when required and often out of normal working hours.
- Work with Account Lead to identify new business opportunities.
- Agree and manage budgets and P&L’s when required.
- Ensure profit is maximised through analysis of performance.
- Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLA’s.
- Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers.
- Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies.
- Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action when required.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour.
- Co-ordination of a complex supply chains to deliver multi-disciplined products in a single campaign.
- Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Numerate with a strong commercial understanding.
- Technical expertise surrounding retail installations, providing input during briefings to achieve optimum solutions.
- High level of production knowledge with detailed understanding of different techniques - print, wood, metal, plastic, etc.
- Professional, courteous, and calm under pressure.
- Project management mind-set.
- Problem solving skills and hands on attitude.
- Process driven, with an eye to sales and business development.
- Approachable and confident to offer advice in meetings.
- Able to manage and communicate with key client stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations.
- Passion for quality and sustainability.
- Experienced and confident with press passing.
- English medium level is preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and Sharepoint Apps is preferred but not essential.
- Client service management experience is preferred.
- Retail temporary and semi-temporary experience is essential.
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign retail solutions is essential.
- Experience of working with brand marketing teams and demonstrate a common language and goals is preferred.
- Experience of managing and delivering in-store activation campaigns in sports/fashion retail environments is preferred.
- Account management experience, working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators).
