**You will mainly focus on**:
- Responsibility for the strategic purchasing, the critical contribution to earnings and profit from improvements in material and services prices, better conditions and the cash flow effect due to the improvement in payment terms.
- Defining the purchasing strategy and procurement scenarios aligned with projects expectations.
- Proactive global search for new suppliers and their development in order to ensure supplier stability and quality. Focus on different technology expertise and geographic coverage.
- Analysis of the material/service to be procured, determination of potential savings and conducting contract and price negotiations.
- Compilation and management of the purchase budget (budgeting).
- Comprehensive management of activities related to purchasing processes within the organization and cooperation with department in plant.
- Cooperation in auditing and resolving supplier ratings (quality assessment).
- Management, motivation, evaluation and control of the performance of subordinate employees within the entrusted unit of the organization (team of 6 colleagues).

**What are the requirements?**
- Proven track record in strategic procurement, preferably project&Service organizations.

- Experience with team leadership.
- High personal integrity, ability to decide and take responsibility.
