The AECOM Madrid Design Office is currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our experienced and talented team. We are looking for someone interested in developing within the structures discipline, working on international bridge and building projects. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience in different structural typologies for projects around the world. The responsibilities of the role are primarily:
+ Lead structural calculations

+ Specification creation and editing

+ Finite Element analysis modelling incorporated into BIM platforms

+ Project management and client interaction

+ Interdisciplinary coordination

+ Lead designs and design teams

Minimum Requirements
- 8 - 10 years’ experience in Structural Design/Calculations and building engineering.
- Languages: English (Advanced or Proficient) and spanish

Experience in the following is desired

+ RIDO, CYPE (Embedded retaining walls / Steel sheet pilings), MIDAS-Civil, STATIK / CEDRUS (Cubus) / ETABS / SAP2000 / FAGUS (Cubus), Structural Bridge Design / Sam (AutoDesk) / AutoCAD, Excel, Presto

+ BIM platforms - REVIT

**+ Codes/Standards**: Spanish National Codes, AASHTO/ACI/ASTM, Eurocodes.

+ Availability to travel and work for specific short and medium periods of time in other countries.
