- Develop a comprehensive understanding of Trade Finance business, proposing new technological and operational solutions that add value to the business.
- Track milestones and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
- Excellent capabilities to manage complex and changing environments.
- Effective communication with Stakeholders, Operations, Business and Technology teams..
- Strong intercultural and communication skills (working with teams in distinct geographies)
- Highly motivated team player.
- Self-organized work attitude and excellent time-management skills.
