Desde la división de
**IT&Cloud** estamos buscando un/a
**IT & Operation Service Manager** para una importante empresa (cliente final) del sector asegurador con sede en Madrid.

**Misión**

Implementar los procesos de operación y gestión de infraestructuras en los diferentes entornos. Te coordinarás con los diferentes equipos de sistemas y para dicha implementación, así como la gestión rutinaria.

**Requisitos**
- Titulación universitaria relacionada con la posición.
- Al menos 3 años de experiência en una posición similar.
- Nível de inglés alto.
- Experiência trabajando en ITIL. Se valora, positivamente, tener certificación en dicha metodología.
- Experiência trabajando en consultora tecnológica, preferiblemente en multi-cliente.
- Conocimientos de Service Now y herramientas de monitorización.

**Condiciones**
- Contrato indefinido directamente con el cliente.
- Salario variable.
- Programa de retribución flexible.
