We’re hiring for a **Business Systems Analyst **as part of Merkle in Barcelona.
**Job Description**:
**Purpose of the role**
We are looking for a **Business Systems Analyst** to play an integral role in the maintenance, implementation and process designs of our financial system and related platforms.
**Your core responsibilities**:
- Support and maintenance of the ERP (NAV Dynamics).
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business Management, End Users and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and investigate ERP issues.
- Analyse databases to create and automate reports.
- Translate business requirements into ERP and BI solutions.
- Help in systems migration.
**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for in you**
- Minimum 2 years of experience working within an ERP environment
- Understanding of Finance End-to-End processes
- Comprehension of databases structure
- Ability to speak both business process and technical process based on the audience that you are addressing, supporting, or working with
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate tools for data visualisations and automations
- Experience with Navision Dynamics, Business Central is a plus.
