**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic Team Lead to guide and inspire our local Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs). In this role, you’ll lead a passionate team dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of 3Shape solutions while driving adoption, retention, and growth.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of CSMs and ISRs.
- Inspire a culture of customer-first engagement, collaboration, and results.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continued success for new and existing customers.
- Partner with your team to uncover opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and lead generation.
- Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and ensure targets are met, in close collaboration with Team Leads across Europe and our headquarters in Copenhagen
- Act as an escalation point for customer challenges, ensuring quick resolution.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Represent customer feedback internally and help shape product and service improvements**.**

**Other Duties**
- Attend tradeshows, events, and customer meetings as required.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and reporting.
- Support change initiatives and foster adoption within the team.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in Customer Success, Inside Sales, or related commercial roles.
- Prior exposure to performance reports is a strong plus.
- Prior leadership or team management experience is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to deliver both customer engagement outcomes and sales growth.
- Strong communicator and motivator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Tech-savvy, organized, and data-driven in decision-making.
- Passionate about customers and eager to make an impact.
