**Your role and work environment**:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic **Area Lead** to join our **Leadership Team** of **PaaS (Platform as a Service) Tribe **helping us to inspire and motivate Products teams to improve the impact of PaaS Tribe in the organization, managing all the initiatives that will be under your area.

**Your key responsibilities**:
As an Area Lead you will:

- Be part of the Tribe’s Leadership Team and strategy definition for PaaS.
- Development and guidance for the people on your area. You should boost the growth of the Product Owners from your area and doing a proper follow-up and coaching in the WHAT and roadmap execution.
- Responsible for the roadmap indicating the WHAT of each initiative for your area, assuring it is reflect in BLM (Backlog Management).
- Assure interaction and alignment with other Tribes from CIO Domain avoiding misunderstanding and reworks.
- Push CIO IT Strategies influencing other areas (Retail, COO...) assuring alignments across all the organization.
- Handle impediments with other areas avoiding standby periods and speeding up the goals execution.
- Improve PaaS portfolio and as a result, services for the whole bank.
- Cover and backup other Area Leads.
- To be part of the hiring process for PaaS Tribe.
