**T&E Accountant **para una compañía multinacional que cotiza en bolsa.

**Misión**

Trabajando en la estructura del Centro de Servicios Compartidos de Finanzas de la compañía, y siguiendo las prácticas contables estandarizadas, el/la T&E Accountant será responsable de la gestión en plazo de los informes de gastos de viaje de los empleados y de las tarjetas de gasto departamentales, con el fin de garantizar que los pagos se procesan a tiempo, y que todos los gastos de la organización procedentes de estos informes son exactos y se acumulan en el periodo correcto.

**Responsabilidades principales**
- Realización de los informes de T&E a través del sistema interno siguiendo las políticas de la empresa.
- Gestión de las tarjetas de gasto departamentales.
- Conciliación de los movimientos de las tarjetas de crédito.
- Reportar los gastos a pagar a los empleados.
- Ser la persona de contacto directo con los empleados sobre las políticas y uso de softwares de T&E.

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura o Grado en Economía o Administración y Finanzas.
- Conocimientos avanzados de Excel.
- Se valorarán conocimientos de softwares de T&E.
- Nível de inglés B2.

**Skills**
- Gran capacidad de organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
