**Employee Success Business Partner Manager**

**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with the ES team, and engage support partners to ensure a seamless experience for leaders, people managers, and employees
- Develop strong business partnerships and relationships with Spain leaders and employees to quickly establish and maintain credibility
- Utilise strong business acumen, reporting, and data to design, influence and drive high impact workforce planning and people strategies in support of business goals
- Improve manager capability and employee engagement through coaching on talent development and performance management
- Manage and resolve ad hoc to complex employee relations issues
- Support, collaborate, and deliver Employee Success programs and project management initiatives
- Be a cultural ambassador Create and foster business relationships with leaders and employees

**WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE**
- Experience in increasingly complex HR Business Partner roles in a global environment, preferably supporting a high tech Product organisation
- Demonstrated ability to work equally well independently as well as part of a team
- Highly skilled across multiple human resource disciplines including compensation, organisational design, employee relations, and performance management
- Significant experience in Spain employee relations and demonstrable experience of handling employment law related matters of medium to high complexity
- Strategic capability balanced with ability to operate and dig into the details on a tactical level
- Sense of urgency for execution and desire to make a positive difference
- Superior consulting and influencing skills with leaders at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated business acumen, analytical skills and ability to link people strategies to business priorities and initiative
- Ability to act as a critical thinker, finding solutions to complex issues
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Degree in Human Resources/ relevant field or equivalent experience
- Flexibility with working hours to work effectively with a globally dispersed team
- Flexible to allow for business travel, including to our Harrogate office and overseas
