**Job Description Summary:**:Accounting and reporting Trainee Spain

We are looking for an accounting and reporting specialist who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative, financial and tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management.

**Job Description:**:**Main Responsibilities**:

- Act as the main point of reference for a specific client, ensuring a high quality of service and meeting all requests from clients on a timely basis;
- Prepare VAT returns on a monthly and quarterly basis, and assist with tax queries as required;
- Issued and received invoices registration.
- Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.
- Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments ).
- Preparation and submission of financial reporting to the client including main KPIs.
- Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.
- Banks reconciliations.
- Accruing of the projects´ incomes.
- Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M ).
- Documentation management (physical and digital archive).
- Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.

**Key Requirements**:

- Good communication skills
- Be able to meet deadlines
- Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail
- Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team
- English Fluent

**Studies**:

- Economics or Business Administration Degree
