The Manager Tax Accounting & Reporting will support Group Tax Reporting activities by collaborating on monthly, quarterly and annual global tax disclosures in support of the financial reporting requirements; support cash tax forecasting process; support in preparation of functional guidance accounting and reporting to local teams. Drive process of data gathering from countries. Collaborate on execution of effective financial con-trols and provide high quality, compliant accounting advice and documentation.

Your responsibilities will include (and not be limited to):

- Support tax accounting and reporting across Sandoz, through countries and the Global organization by assisting on monthly, quarterly and annual global tax processes. Support on Lead-ership reporting of tax accounting matters.
- Support on ETR and Cash Tax forecasting and Tax Risk management.
- Help drive innovation and transformation in tax accounting, planning and reporting, shaping and harmonizing processes, master data and systems, working together with Business Units, Divisions, Service Centers, IT, and Financial Controls and Compliance
- Ensuring that relevant changes are appropriately reflected in internal manuals and policy documents.
- Enable transparent knowledge exchange with Global Tax Team

Minimum Requirements

What you'll bring to the role:
+5 years in tax positions including Big 4 firm (or equivalent). In-house tax experience will be valuable

CPA desirable and LL.M. in taxation.
