**The mission of this role**

Support business decisions from a technical expertise ensuring customer satisfaction and the manufacturing viability of the products.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Give analysed information and technically advice internal and externally about existing products, developed materials, quotations, technical discussions, analysing non-conformities and proposes solutions for product improvement and quality technical service after sales.
- Design technical project management, defines the drawings and product specifications, assures the product technical feasibility along the different production steps, proposes, and defines the specific tests to be done in each step and validates the final product.
- Research for specific topics related to innovative solutions, technology suppliers, material suppliers, product benchmark (concurrence analysis) and update with technical universities and technical centres.
- Establish continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes, and discuss them with the external teams involved, to foresee quantifiable efficiency gains.
- Oversee all the projects documentation: management of drawings, moulds specifications, and environmental report.

**Requirements**:

- Related technical education.
- 2 years of experience in the packaging or beauty industry or in a similar position.
- Good technical knowledge of packaging development and production.
- Knowledge of make-up, skin care or fragrance formulas is preferable.
- Ability to read and draw technical drawings.
- Advanced English level
