**SP i-Dositecno** an **ATS Company **is searching for a **Start-up Technician** to join our growing team **Main Objectives**: Set-up, adjustment and commissioning of the equipment in the workshop and in the client's facilities worldwide. Achieve that the assigned machines comply with the correct operating specifications following the planning phases established to ensure the deliveries of the projects. **Main tasks to perform**: - Format adjustment at the operating level - Test operation of all stations of the machine - Electronic adjustment of recipes and equipment operating parameters - Testing of all formats. - Execution of the VIT(verification internal test) together with the QA team. - FAT execution with the Client. - To Maintain order of the work box. - Detection and registration of incidents. - Update "Punch list" of deviations. **Dependency**: Responsible direct to start-up department. Training requirements: Mechanical or Automation degree Professional experience: Min. 4 years in start-up of packaging machinery, preferable pharmaceutical sector **Skills, specific knowledge**: - Valuable English and other languages. - Essential experience and knowledge to work autonomously in the defined tasks. - Knowledge of the pharmaceutical sector: - Validation’s: VIT, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ - Mechanical knowledge: Assembly of mechanical groups and fine tuning of these - Decision-making capacity - Teamwork Capacity **Personal characteristics**: - Positive aptitude - Decisive person - Responsible - Involved - Humility - Proactivity - Leadership - Organized - Initiative - Continuous improvement mindset **General Data Protection Regulation**: We would like to keep this data until our open role is filled.
