Process and Standards Manager

Fall Creek is creating a world with better blueberries through its friendly, collaborative team spread across the globe. To help us accomplish this, we are seeking a qualified **Process and Standards Manager**. This position will be located in **Seville, Spain**.

The Fall Creek Process and Standards Responsible for maintaining global process and standards for the Company’s Business Systems to include SAP Business One and all third-party add-ons, Salesforce, SuccessFactors (additional as needed). This position observes and audits all processes that use or should use the ERP systems; coordinating training, controlling, and obtaining proper approval for continuous process improvement and change management as they relate to the Company’s ERP Systems.

**What you'll do at Fall Creek**:

- Onsite lead of SAP Implementation projects for all SAP or ERP systems installations.
- Serve as Project Manager for ERP installations and be the local liaison between the IT Director, the Global Standards Team, the local subsidiary team and management staff, and the local and corporate SAP Integrators.
- Catalyst and collection point for standardized processes and requests for changes, and formally submitting potential process change to the global standards board.
- Work with the local controller and Internal Audit team regarding user accounts, permissions, and separation of duty efforts.
- Assist with personnel assessment and make recommendations to the local management team regarding the need for, and definitions of, the new positions needed to properly conduct business in all ERP systems and subsystems.
- Work with the local and global implementation teams to coordinate meeting, training, and testing scheduling.
- Collaborate with the IT Director to construct weekly visibility correspondence to the Executive Team and Steering Committees throughout the entirety of all ERP systems implementation projects.
- Work with the local teams and IT Director to construct the Project Charter and milestones and personalize the implementation plan
- Maintain all process standards, master data standards, forms standards, etc. as they relate to current and future ERP systems and add-ons (Boyum BEAS, B1 Utility Package, Print & Delivery; WMS program - SBI, FEX Server (Peru), etc.).
- Work with the Internal Controls department to ensure processes meet separation of duty and other control standards.
- Provide collection point and catalyst for innovation within the global organization with regards to the current Global System solutions.

**What you bring to Fall Creek**:

- Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in the computer science field.
- Requires 5+ years business systems experience with a minimum of 2 years in leading projects and processes.
- Project management is a required skill set for this position, including experience leading projects, project staff and training end-users in technology change and change management.
- Requires sufficient analytical skills to assess problems or unusual situations and develop solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural environment.
- Ability to travel internationally for extended periods of time.
