As an R&D Project Manager – Power Electronics, you will be responsible for leading complex product development projects from concept to industrialization. You will work closely with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure successful delivery of innovative power electronics solutions, aligned with business objectives, quality standards, and time‑to‑market expectations. Responsibilities Lead cross‑functional R&D project teams (Power Electronics, Mechanics, Control & Automation, Engineering) in close collaboration with Product Owners and Program Management. Drive the development of multiple product roadmap items together with the R&D technical teams and key stakeholders. Define project scope, budget, planning, and milestones across different R&D initiatives. Ensure transparent and efficient backlog implementation, guaranteeing quality, timing, and successful releases. Develop accurate, comprehensive, and regular project reporting, including stakeholder communication. Manage risks, opportunities, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. Set up and manage partnerships with external development partners and production suppliers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D processes, promoting lean and agile ways of working. Ensure compliance with applicable internal procedures, quality standards, and external regulations. Qualifications University degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or similar. At least 3 years of experience in technical project management, covering full product lifecycle development (R&D, specifications, concept, design, testing, validation, qualification, and industrialization). Proven experience managing product development projects in a multisite and global environment. Good knowledge of Agile/Lean frameworks such as Scrum or stage‑gate methodologies. Experience with Power Electronics products is a strong advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in spoken and written English is required (at least C1).
