R&D Project Coordinator
in
Seville.

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the execution of innovation and Development projects in coordination with your work team.
  • Organize your team ensuring the fulfillment of assigned tasks.
  • Monitor the different stages of projects based on the requirements of external and internal clients.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and with external ones (suppliers, research centres, laboratories, etc.) that can promote their own training and can contribute t enriching the knowledge of the department.
  • Market study and monitoring ensuring that you are aware of the latest technologies.s Studying its possible effective implementation in our products.

Persán, People, Progress

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS:

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • Advance level of English. Advance level of German is a Plus.
  • Chemical background. Knowledge of the Household Products, Personal Wash market or Cosmetics.
  • Knowledge of production technology on a mass scale in the FMCG field.
  • Knowledge of legislation
  • Ability to prepare and lead project meetings
  • Experience in facilitating collaboration and motivating project teams
  • Communication skills, creativity and organisational skills, ability to make decisions independently.
  • Presentation skills, ability to present proposals and recommend solutions
