**Your Mission**:
- Conduct successful sales meetings and demos with prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle to meet targets across Spain. Occasionally travel within Spain to conduct in-person demos.
- Plan and organize sales activities, including calls and demos. Keep the sales pipeline accurate and up to date, with regular forecasting to track progress toward targets.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effectively promote XRHealth’s solutions by addressing or predicting clients’ needs and objectives.
- Gather feedback from clients to identify and suggest improvements to our solutions, ensuring our offering meet client requirements and market trends.
**You'll be a good fit if you are/have**:
- An empathetic and enthusiastic individual who enjoys sales and wants to pursue a career in sales.
- Native written and verbal communication skills in Spanish with fluency in English.
- At least 2+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, account executive, etc.) with a proven sales track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Confident in conducting sales meetings over the phone or via videoconference, ensuring each call ends with a clear action item.
- You have a talent for moving prospects through the sales funnel and closing deals effectively.
