We are currently recruiting an Associate Design Manager with solid experience in Railways design and team leading, to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Railway Projects across the globe. Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering highways design for many years, throughout the USA and Australia, not to mention Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team. This is a key role within the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain), with a high viibility within Enterprise Capabilities (EC), but also close conctact with other Design Centers.

**The responsibilities of this role include**:
+ Works with EC leadership to prepare proposals and do assessment of multidisciplinary packages of work susceptible of being delivered by EC group.

+ Categorizes packages of work, elaborates project execution plans and in combination with Home Office defines the delivery strategy, including composition of design teams across different disciplines and locations.

+ Responsible for leading a design team working for internal clients, integrating resources from different EC offices (Spain, Poland, India, etc.).

+ Accountable for the development of delivery methodologies which manage risk, maximise on opportunities for the in pursuit of delivering multi-disciplinary projects to budget and schedule for our clientsInitiates and directs the planning, development, and continuous monitoring of the project scope, resources, proced
