**Banco de Investimento Global (BiG) is an independent Iberian investment bank. BiG’s Corporate Finance team delivers financial advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions.**

**BiG is recruiting an Analyst to join its Madrid Corporate Finance team and support the growing business in Spain and international markets.**
- Participation in new business initiatives, including preparing pitchbooks and proposals to companies and international investors;
- Preparing and participating in commercial activity, such as prospecting, commercial contacts and meetings with clients and potential clients;
- Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring;
- Creating, reviewing and perfecting different company presentations materials, such as Teasers, Information Memoranda, Management Presentations, etc..

**Requisitos**:
**Expected skills and experience include**:

- Degree in BA or Economy. Masters in Finance or MBA will be valued;
- Previous experience in investment banking, M&A or consulting will be valued;
- Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong academic background / results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements;
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously;
- Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook;
- Fluency in Spanish and English;
- Attention to detail.
