**Localisation Manager, client-side - hybrid role - Madrid, Spain**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Localisation Project Manager on behalf of our client, who is currently building the in-house based localisation team. This role is a full time, **hybrid role** with two days in the office and rest based from home. Our client also offers flexible working with the core hours 10 - 4 pm to accommodate the life-work balance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with the Senior Localisation Manager to manage the localisation of e-learning courses and Live Lesson content
- Experiment with processes and share learnings with the wider localisation team
- Proofread course content for consistency
- Manage the glossary and maintain the TM
- QA check localised content with our freelance team
- Support engagement initiatives with a freelance team

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- experience in website/app localisation will be an asset, but not essential
- Current or previous experience working on E-learning projects will be ideal, but not essential
- Experience working with UX writing and transcreation
- Localisation Manager with 2 years experience in a similar role
- EdTech / teaching background an asset
- Good knowledge of XTM
- Keen to learn and experiment with improving processes
- Fluent in English (any other language an asset)
