**Senior Localisation Manager, client-side - hybrid role - Madrid, Spain**

We are looking for an experienced Senior Localisation Project Manager on behalf of our client, who is currently building the in-house based localisation team. This role is a full time, **hybrid role** with two days in the office and rest based from home. Our client also offers flexible working with the core hours 10 - 4 pm to accommodate the life-work balance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage and constantly look to improve the Product localisation process
- Manage all Product localisation requests
- Manage glossary and TM
- Manage regular QA / UX flow checks
- Manage relationships with Product stakeholders
- Provide briefs and linguist support for UX transcreation
- Test localised screens
- Grow and manage the Product Localisation team
- Line manage junior team members

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Extensive experience in website/app localisation
- Current or previous experience working on E-learning projects will be ideal
- Experience working with UX writing and transcreation
- Extensive experience with QA of localised copy, e.g. with emulators
- Minimum of 4 years of localisation experience in a Project Manager role
- Proven track record of project leadership / improving internal processes
- Experience implementing new interface languages and creating style guides an asset
- Fluent in English (any other language an asset)
- hiring skills and management experience will be an asset to this role
**Skills**:

- Knowledge of pluralisation rules and experience with ICU
- Knowledge of **XTM integrations** (git connector, figma etc.) and LQA feature
- Excellent skills in stakeholder management
