**Mission**:

- Helps to design and manage the company's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR).
- Assist with the analysis and review of assigned processes, risks and controls. Test the evidence provided for compliance with the controls.
- Assess adequacy of business processes in order to validate compliance with Company's Principles & Practices, plans and processes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Update the Risk Control Matrix to reflect processes currently in place and consistently used.
- Follow-up and support for the implementation of action plans for the remediation of issues found during internal audits.
- Develops and/or conducts ICFR compliance training for employees.

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:

- 3 to 5 years of audit experience, preferably with a Big4 background.- Master in finance / Audit - Internal controls / IFRS is a plus.- Bachelor’s degree in Auditing / finance / accounting /commerce.- Workiva / Office / ERP’s and BI is a plus- Good communication skills- Fluent: Spanish and English are required, other languages are valued.- Required travel in-country and internationally averaging up to 30%.- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
