We are looking for an **Internal Control Analyst** to join our team in Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Tasks and responsibilities:

- Helps to design and manage the company's internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR)
- Assist with the analysis and review of assigned processes, risks and controls. Test the evidence provided for compliance with the controls.
- Assess adequacy of business processes in order to validate compliance with Company's Principles & Practices, plans and processes.
- Update the Risk Control Matrix to reflect processes currently in place and consistently used.
- Follow-up and support for the implementation of action plans for the remediation of issues found during internal audits.
- Develops and/or conducts ICFR compliance training for employees.

Required Profile:

- Bacheor's degree in auditing / Finance / Accounting / Commerce
- Specialisation: Master in Finance, Audit - Internal Controls
- IFRS is a plus.
- IT Skills: Workiva, Office, ERP's and BI is a plus
- High level of English
