Internal Control Manager

**How will it be to work with us?**:

- You’ll develop and implement our internal control framework, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
- You will build expertise in risk assessment, exposure to high-impact financial decisions, and a role as a trusted advisor to leadership. You’ll identify and mitigate financial and operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting standards while enhancing control processes.
- You’ll work closely with Finance, Audit, Legal, and other teams to design and implement effective control measures, improving transparency and decision-making.
- You’ll gain the ability to drive meaningful change, a culture that values new ideas, and opportunities to develop cutting-edge financial controls.
- This role is just the beginning. As you optimize processes and drive impact, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Director of Internal Controls position.

- Experience in internal controls, risk management, or auditing To identify risks and implement effective controls.
- Knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations To ensure the company meets legal and industry requirements.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills To detect inefficiencies and develop strategic solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration To work across departments and promote a culture of compliance.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach To prevent issues and continuously improve processes.
- Relevant degree and certifications (CPA, CIA, or similar preferred) To provide technical expertise in internal control and risk management.
