**FUNCTIONS**: - Build, maintain, optimize, and manage financial models providing forecasts and scenario analysis. - Support valuation team creating technical inputs benchmark tools and identify misalignments, while critically reviewing them and aiming to identify risks & opportunities. - Ensure accurate modelling and developing new transaction models and enhance the existing models on a quarterly basis. - The quarterly model update will include changes in power curves, any change on modelled contracts, modelling of new contracts, OPEX or CAPEX lines, change in forecasts and project assumptions, addition of PPA structures and Project Finance arrangements, as well as project schedules and key technical risks for new sites. - Model tax structures in accordance with tax structuring advice received from advisors. - Model revenue structures in accordance with Power Purchase agreements as or electricity market rules as advised by the Head of Revenues. - Model structured finance transactions for Renewable Energy projects, including all different tranches and types of project finance, shareholder loans, and equity needs, in accordance with contracts, transfer pricing and tax advisors report. - Recommend and Implement process for improvements to budget and prepare forecast for company. - Identify the key financial and non-financial risks, recommend actions for mitigation of those risks. - Analyse and identify data requirements related derivation rules and model tracking. - Monitor and follow-up during the closing and after the transactions are closed to make sure the returns are kept up to date (i.e. correct flow from inputs to outputs), including validation that key revenue calculations are run consistently across the portfolio. - In case of banking models, collect the appropriate legal documentation successfully. - concluded in line with approvals and monitor the covenants to anticipate and raise any potential constrains or events of lock-up or defaults. - Ensure compliance with required guidelines, policies, and procedures as well as agreed covenants and reporting requirements up to financing effectiveness. - Provide leadership and support to line manager on the relation with shareholders and other key stakeholders. Establish strong relationships with the development project leads (Project Directors and key project team members). - Develop a high level of professional credibility and knowledge and the ability to leverage internal/external specialist resources, so that the business actively seeks your input and can rely on your judgement.

Requirement: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience (big 4, investment fund or a bank is highly or a bank).
