The company develops, builds, finances, manages, and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Modeller , with extensive experience in advanced financial modeling at HoldCo level, NAV Financing, and U.Tax Equity structures, based in Madrid or Sevilla:Lead NAV Financing modeling, including cash waterfalls, covenants, dividend upstream, leverage optimization, and stress testing.Inscríbase sin demora Se espera un gran volumen de solicitantes para el puesto que se detalla a continuación, no espere para enviar su CV.Build and maintain project and portfolio-level models for BESS (stand-alone and hybrid), solar, and wind assets across greenfield, brownfield, and operating stages.Tax Equity transactions (Partnership Flip, Sale-Leaseback, Inverted Lease, ITC/PTC monetization).Perform scenario analysis, sensitivities, and downside cases at project, portfolio, and HoldCo level.Support the entry of financial partners and tax equity investors, including transaction modeling and documentation support.Coordinate with internal teams (Development, M&A, Asset Management) and external stakeholders (banks, investors, advisors).Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to Senior Management and Fund Shareholders.7–10+ years of experience in financial modeling within renewable energy IPPs, infrastructure/energy funds, or investment banking / project finance.~ Proven hands-on experience in HoldCo and NAV financing models, renewable assets (BESS, solar, wind), greenfield and brownfield projects, and U.Tax Equity structures.~ Advanced Excel proficiency, with strong capabilities in complex model structuring and auditing.~ Solid understanding of Project Finance vs. HoldCo Finance, key financial metrics (IRR, NPV, DSCR, LLCR), and cash waterfalls and covenant packages.~ Fluent English (mandatory).~ Experience using Python, VBA, Power BI, or financial automation tools.Hybrid model with 2 flexible days a week working from home.Stable employment based on a permanent contract.Real chances to grow inside a global, multicultural environment.Free health insurance. xcskxlj Language and technical training on demand.WE ARE NOT USING THIRD PARTIES IN ORDER TO COVER THIS POSITION ***
