Description

Important Spanish company dedicated to visual merchandising and based in the United States is looking for an Operations Manager.

You will play a vital role in overseeing and managing the operational aspects of the organization's manufacturing, production, and printing processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the site while maintaining high quality and meeting customer demand.

You will manage and coordinate functional areas including production, printing, materials, and quality control to optimize processes and achieve operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and best practices.
- Proven experience in operations management with knowledge in têxtiles and printing
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage the daily functions of the business
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with goals of business

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, or a related field (Master's degree & APICS certification is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English and Spanish is mandatory)
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational analysis and reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operational analysis and reportingledge of quality control methodologies and standards.
