At W2M - the travel division of **Grupo Iberostar** - we bring together tour operating, hotel distribution, airlines, and destination management to deliver sustainable, high-performing travel solutions worldwide.

Our tech-driven, data-savvy teams power the infrastructure behind seamless travel. Now, we’re looking for a **Supplier Client Optimization Executive** to join our team in **Mallorca**, someone who’s ready to shape the performance of our real-time systems and drive smarter connectivity between clients and suppliers.

In this role, you will manage and optimize the stream of requests flowing between our clients and suppliers. It's not just about monitoring traffic — it’s about being the architect of it. You’ll balance system stability, performance, and profitability to fine-tune one of the most critical engines of our business.

This is a role for someone who thrives in data, loves turning insights into actions, and enjoys collaborating across departments to bring meaningful results.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the Traffic Architect: Proactively manage and optimize the client-supplier request flow for maximum efficiency.
- Turn Data into Strategy: Dive deep into Business Intelligence data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and untapped potential.
- Optimize for Performance: Use your insights to fine-tune product configurations and improve conversion and profitability.
- Unlock Opportunities: Continuously analyze trends and performance to drive new improvements and business growth.
- Protect Stability: Implement changes with precision and a strong focus on maintaining system integrity and scalability.
