**What You Will Be Doing**

With a global network of logistics partners, operational excellence is at the core of how Gelato delivers value to its customers. As a Project Manager within the Gelato Logistics Team, you will help to drive delivery of critical projects, taking on progressively challenging opportunities in the core of our elite operations network, designed to stretch your leadership and analytical capabilities.

**Key responsibilities of this role include**:

- Root Cause Analysis: Support end-to-end analysis of defects in the network and help drive visibility of key areas of opportunity.
- Network Execution: You will be in close contact with multiple teams to build solutions which support low cost, high speed fulfilment of orders while mitigating day to day production and logistics partner constraints
- Process Innovation: Partner with our technical product teams to ideate and standardize new features and products that will drive visible improvements to supply chain metrics.
- Best practice: Support process improvements, best practice sharing, and standardization across the network.

**Who you are**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Science or a quantitative discipline
- 3+ years of experience in operations/supply chain/logistics/e-commerce role is preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills paired with hands-on attitude, excellent attention to detail, and good business judgment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
- Proficient with BI tools (eg Tableau/PowerBI/Looker)
- Ability to work independently and with stakeholders across other areas of the business to drive projects to completion. You will have evidence of ability to influence others without positional authority.
- Strong Excel skills
