**About the role**
We are looking for a working student to join our finance team in the FP&A vertical where you will get to work on financial planning and reporting process. As a member of the team you will understand strategies across departments and convert them into solid financial plans and report monthly to the board on the Plan v/s Actuals of the company's KPIs.
**What you'll do**
- Support on the short term and long-term business planning processes.
- Support the monthly reporting process.
- Support business analysis and financials deep dives when required.
- Drive continuous improvements to the financial models, reports, processes within your area;
**What you've got**
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, ideally in a finance or a business-related field.
- You love analytics, and discovering unknown fields are within your realm of interests.
- You possess strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- You have strong and structured communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are a self-starter (really) and can work independently as well as being part of a team.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
**About the team**
The FP&A team works with the CFO and is responsible for driving all the business planning of the company. We ensure to provide data driven financial impact for all the important changes so that the management can take well informed decisions. As a part of FP&A team we work cross functionally with all departments namely Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR and other teams.
