IESE is looking for a new Junior Editor to assist in the development and editing of a web portal and quarterly magazine, as well as other tasks related to the communication of the brand. The position is to support the editorial team of the Research Content Unit in its various functions. Among other tasks, it will include:

- Interpreting academic research and rewriting it in a journalistic style for a business management audience.
- Editing business articles, features and interviews for print and online channels.
- Translating texts from English to Spanish.
- Posting content on websites and social networks.
- Liaising with internal and external contributors (esp. professors)
- Editing audiovisual content, including image, audio and video.
- Collaborating with other research units.
- Native Spanish speaker, with proven ability to produce written content to a high professional standard.
- Good IT/Internet/Web-based knowledge/skills; knowledge of design and social media networks.
- High level of English to be able to effectively understand English Speakers and translate Scientific English content.
- High level of diplomacy and good communication skills.
- Interest or expertise in economics or business-related concepts/issues would be an obvious advantage.
- Proven editorial / writing experience.
- Knowledge of image, video and audio editor programs, such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Audacity
