Senior Finance Analyst

We are looking for a **Senior Finance Analyst**to join our Finance and Accounting department. In this position you will be responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis and reporting for the Spain and Portugal businesses. You will act as business partner to other areas in the organization and work closely to the Senior Management. This role will be based in Madrid reporting directly to the Finance Director.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Support the Senior Management team on the preparation of the business planning process, such as preparation and reporting for the annual budget and reviews, challenge the integrity of the input data, participate in local and European management presentations and meetings.
- Create reports and predictive financial models to enable effective decision making, build and manage dashboards to identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the project review process, understand the issues relating to them and challenge the Project Managers to identify any potential financial risks issues.
- Internal and external audit liaison.
- Propose and develop continuous improvement in different processes.

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Bachelor’s degree in economics or related areas.
- Solid experience in a similar position in Financial or Accounting/Control reporting.
- Fluency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Willingness to work occasionally on weekends/public holidays (following US calendar).

**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**:

- Big Four experience.
- Experience in preparing management reports and support management functions.
- Experience working with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and Oracle ERP tools.
