Grifols, S.A. is looking for an IT Infrastructure Systems Administrator 2. You will support the design, installation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of the Grifols IT infrastructure platforms and you will also provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams and staff in evaluating infrastructure suitability, capabilities, and options.

**What your Responsibilities will be**

You will have the opportunity to:

- Contribute to the definition, development, and maintenance of IT strategic and operational plans that support Grifols mission, values, and business objectives.
- Take an active role in the development and management of the IT project portfolio.
- Develop effective working relationships with external service providers supporting service in area of responsibility; evaluate and oversee contractor teams as required.
- Create, review, update, and may approve required documentation for changes and projects as assigned in accordance with IT Methodology.
- Play a lead role in adoption management of new systems, functions, and technologies, including the development and delivery of end user training as assigned.
- Participate in the planning of projects of varying size and complexity, contributing Information based on specific expertise.
- Perform modification and installation of systems and coordinate system deployment through going live.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for system modifications to fulfill documented business and system requirements with an effective solution.
- Ensure IT quality, legal, and regulatory compliance through adherence to quality control standards in all activities.
- Monitor and address assigned issues and changes to ensure timely resolution; update stakeholders regularly on progress.
- Perform administration of technology platforms as needed to maintain effective operation and consistent availability.
- Work directly with users and owners of assigned systems as a primary technical resource for planning operational changes and addressing issues.
- Engage with IT staff to gather feedback on systems performance and expectations as input to IT service improvement efforts.
- Participate in the education of partners in industry and IT best practices in areas of responsibility and expertise.
- Participate in and may lead the development of ongoing user education programs and technical/professional training of IT staff.
- Ensure compliance with technology policies and regulatory requirements and take appropriate action to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Proactively seek and address operational opportunities for cost reduction while maintaining or improving IT efficiency and effectiveness.

**Who you are**
- You have a degree in Computer Science or similar.
- _You have 5+ years as a Active Directoy expert._
- _You have 5+ years of related work expericence in Microsoft Windows Systems._
- _You have been involved in Merge&Adquisiton projects._
- _Furthermore, you bring solid experience in :_
- _Certificates PKI._
- _Quest Migration Tools._
- You speak fluent English.
- You are proactive, communicative and team player.
