Accounts Payable Clerk with a Fluent Level of German

Our client is an independent investment banking firm. After the opening of their offices in Germany and Luxembourg, they are now growing in Spain. They provide advisory services to companies, shareholders and senior management.
Tasks
**As an Accounts Payable Clerk**:
- You will process incoming supplier invoices from different countries and recording of accounting entries within the workflow and SAP-System
- You will ensure the maintenance of accounts payable master data
- You will be in charge of account reconciliation and clarification with internal and external parties involved
- You will handle supplier invoices in a timely and precise manner
- You will support fund accounting teams
**Requirements**:
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
- You have at least 1 year of experience as an Accountant or Accounts Payable Specialist/Analyst or any similar role
- You have a university degree, vocational training or comparable qualification
- You have a proficient level of English and German (mandatory)
- You have excellent skills with MS Office Suite, especially Excel
- You have solid experience using SAP or any other accounting software
- You have a positive work attitude and a high level of commitment
- You know how to work independently and love working in a team
- You have excellent communication skills and can work under pressure
- You live in Spain (mandatory). Ideally in Barcelona or Málaga.
