Our customer,an international holding company leader in the field of gaming is looking for an IT Security Manager.

**The mission of this role**

Leading the IT security and risk management functions while defining the IT security strategy. In addition, you will be accountable to define the IT infrastructure roadmap, supervising a team of IT technicians in delivering improvement projects and providing IT support to the global organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain the IT security strategy, policies, and procedures to protect the organization's information systems and data.
- Lead the implementation of security controls and solutions to mitigate risks and vulnerabilities across the company's IT infrastructure.
- Ensure that the IT systems and networks comply with regulatory and legal requirements, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
- Establish incident response procedures and oversee incident response activities, including root cause analysis (RCA), reporting, and resolution.
- Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure projects, including server upgrades, network design and implementation, and software installations.
- Manage the IT support team to ensure timely resolution of IT-related issues, including hardware and software problems, network connectivity, and security incidents. Perform L3 support activities where necessary.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure effective delivery of IT security and infrastructure services.
- Monitor emerging security threats and trends and provide recommendations for appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement training and awareness programs to educate employees on IT security best practices and policies.
- Prepare, monitor and report IT Security & Infrastructure CapEx/OpEx budget.

Requisitos mínimos
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of IT security principles, practices, and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection, access control, encryption, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with risk assessment and management methodologies.
- Experience with ISO 27001 policies implementation and audit controls.
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements, including GDPR and other data protection laws.
- Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC, are highly desirable.
- Sound experience in infrastructure and security in a multinational group.
- Languages: Spanish and English (German is a plus)
