**THE ROLE**

Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will manage the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, from customer purchase orders to payment receipt. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Accurately entering orders and monitoring their processing while keeping the customers informed at all stages
- Handling returns, issuing credit notes, and processing sample orders efficiently
- Optimizing order size, frequency, and the entire supply chain, including goods issue and shipment tracking
- Addressing customer inquiries and collaborating across departments
- Continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Solid professional experience in a comparable position, such as customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement
- Experience with handling of exports or sea & airfreights would be plus
- Knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
- Experience with SAP R3 - SD module is an advantage
- Fluent in English and German, knowledge of other languages such as Italian, French or Spanish would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills
