Position Summary

**Job Description**:
Responsible for the lifecycle management of Class 3, Class 2, VLT products in the EGM portfolio for the EMEA region including identifying market needs, and requirements, prioritizing product development requirements, enabling the sales team and evaluating and measuring product performance.

Work closely with operators, customers, suppliers, global product management, the sales team and product development to understand and define market problems, business conditions, competitive and market requirements, customer and technical requirements, and product direction.

The successful post-holder will be based from our Barcelona office and have line management responsibility for creators across the EMEA region.

**Qualifications**:
Essential Job Functions:

- Provide vision, leadership, and direction for specific product line(s) and categories.
- Ensure all products are prepared and available for release including submission strategy, configuration and the sales team is enabled
- Responsible for mentorship, career development, performance appraisals, conflict resolution and recognition of the staff to maintain highly motivated and engaged employees
- Advise the Executive Staff in product strategy, technical requirements, product performance, and overall market trends.
- Drive product strategy business decisions for responsible products and services. Work within the assigned budget for the most cost effective product plan to meet L&W plans for the EGM business segment.
- Direct overall product lifecycle planning and management including pricing, customer and technical requirements, product strategy and communications across each product category. This includes working with other internal groups to ensure End of Life products are transitioned out of the market in the most customer friendly, profitable manner.
- Be the expert on the market and its problems and define unsolved market problems that are urgent and relevant to specific product line(s) and categories that the customer / operators are willing to pay to solve. Understand the competition and manage appropriate response.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accountability for product line Return On Investment by performing and analyzing quantitative operational metrics that would impact product profitability including sales, profit, margins, and market share goals.
- Develop a pricing model per product category including pricing schedules, guidelines and procedures to meet the life-cycle margin targets.
- Manage the product portfolio and cancel non-performing products by monitoring and analyzing how well products are performing based upon product profitability, actual to planned revenue, customer satisfaction, and market share.
- Develop and implement product launch strategies to deliver profitable solutions to market problems by developing an objective business case analysis including financial modeling to maximize top and bottom line growth and product performance in each product category.

**Education**:
Degree or Work Experience equivalent

Work Experience:
Gaming Industry or Casino Operator Experience and Engineering, Product Management, or Technical Sales Experience operating at a Senior level.

- Proven leadership, excellent organizational and management skills
- Demonstrate functional expertise and strong knowledge of the business and long-term strategic goals

Additional Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Pragmatic Marketing Certified / Product Management Certified
- Product Development and Engineering Experience or knowledge
- Research, trend analysis, and building relationships and alliances
- Strong product, financial, & technical knowledge to perform market and ROI analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong cross-functional team building, and leadership skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive the business strategy
- Strong business acumen, action oriented and results driven

Work Conditions:
International Travel 25-50% and Evenings and weekend work may be required.
