Purchase & Demand Planner

**Description**:
SAYE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Purchase and Demand Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels across all locations and distribution channels. If you have a strong background in inventory management, purchasing, and data analysis, and are passionate about driving efficiency and cost savings, we would love to hear from you.

**Main Responsabilities**:

- Periodic review and alignment of the demand forecast.
- Calculation of the global purchases according to the established budget.
- Periodic monitoring of stock levels to avoid excess or lack of stock.
- Distribution of stock between locations according to the needs and demand forecast.
- Management and monitoring of purchase orders from supplier to destination.
- Management of product data master and databases for inventory visualization.
- Analyze and anticipate market trends and fluctuations in demand to identify opportunities for cost savings or improvements in the purchasing strategy.
- Delivery planning according to launch strategy, wholesale customer needs and warehouse capacity.
- Coordination with suppliers and agents for delivery planning implementation.
- Create collaborative relationships with suppliers that ensure compliance with established contracts.
- Management and supervision of quality control of merchandise at origin.
- Provide visibility about the availability of products to the rest of the company's departments.
- Continuous evaluation of purchasing and inventory control procedures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing systems or tools to streamline processes, improve accuracy and increase efficiency.

**Background / experience**:

- At least 2 years of practical experience in a similar role for an international fashion brand (B2C & B2B).
- High Excel proficiency.
- Fluent Spanish and English (minimum C1).
- Familiar with purchase budgets creation and comparison with commercial results.
- Proficiency in data analysis and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working with large sets of data.
- Knowledge of market trends and forecasting techniques.
- Previous experience with Asian suppliers is a plus.

Thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign we produced our first 5.000 sneakers and became the most funded spanish fashion company in Kickstarter history. Five years later, we’ve sold more than 200.000 sneakers to more than 120 countries and planted more than 300.000 trees worldwide.
