**Job Details**:The EMEA Alliances & Channels team is seeking for RVP, Partner Enablement leader to help build a world class Enablement function that drives synergistic partnerships and business growth at local and global levels. The Head of Partner Enablement supports the development and scaling of our growing partner ecosystem. Partnering with our Alliances, Training and Professional Services teams, you will focus on partner enablement and advancing our partners’ sales, technical and delivery skills to ensure go-to-market readiness and delivery success. The leader of this team should be a strategic thinker who can understand our partners’ needs, and work to develop and launch effective programs to ensure our customers’ success.
This role requires someone who is an exceptional leader and executor that can have a strong vision with a get-things-done attitude to build a team, challenge conventional thinking, and extend our network.
Ecosystem Success
- Recruit Strategic Business Partners and assist with the recruitment of Global System Integrators that are committed to building and executing winning go-to-market plans that build high growth MuleSoft practices
- Build and foster executive level relationships with all key partner leadership positions
- Leverage and work collaboratively with the extended internal and external team to grow MuleSoft revenue and market share
- Create joint partner enablement plans in collaboration with partner counterparts
- Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders in sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success to align on messaging, methodology, MuleSoft best practices and sales to service partner engagement models
- Execute Developer relations program to broaden the top of the developer funnel: Awareness to Advocacy - and make MuleSoft the reference for Connectivity to a very broad ecosystem
Professional Qualifications
- Natural leadership qualities with exceptional emotional intelligence
- 15+ years experience in global channels alliances experience (5+ years in leadership) spanning across EMEA
- Proven experience building and delivering partner enablement programs leveraging various learning tools and processes with proven experience leading functional and technical product enablement and/or education for a software company
- Must understand partner go-to-market and delivery models in the context of SaaS software delivery
- Direct experience in software implementation is highly desired
