Project Manager

Thanks to the expertise and knowledge of our technical team, we have developed our own technology, ARSOS, which allows renewable energy operators to monitor, analyze and intelligently control their power plants worldwide. What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of key client projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project's organization and timeline.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Planning**: Developing a comprehensive project plan, outlining the scope, timelines, budgets, and resources required for the project.

**2. Resource Management**: Ensuring that the project team has the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and software, to complete the project successfully.

**3. Risk Management**: Identifying and mitigating project risks, including technical, financial, and resource risks, and developing contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.

**4. Integrations**: Ensuring that ARSOS integrates seamlessly with customer devices, and other data sources commonly used by business clients.

**5. Quality Control**: Ensuring that the software product or solution meets the highest quality standards, including testing, debugging, and resolving issues.

**6. Budget Management**: Managing the project budget, including tracking expenses, forecasting costs, and making adjustments as necessary.

**7. Client Relationship Management**: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that their expectations are met or exceeded.

**8. Communication**: Facilitating clear and effective communication between project team members, clients, and other stakeholders, and keeping everyone informed about project progress and status.

**9. Documentation**: Ensuring that all project-related documentation, including project plans, reports, and contracts, are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

**10. Continuous Improvement**: Evaluating project outcomes and identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing strategies to enhance project efficiency, quality, and overall success.

Experience/Skills Required

**1. Technical Knowledge**: A deep understanding of the technical aspects of software integrations, including APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and data flow.

**2. Project Management Skills**: Proven ability to plan, execute, and manage software integration projects, including project planning, risk management, and resource allocation, using waterfall or agile methodologies.

**3. Leadership Skills**: The ability to lead and motivate a team of developers, testers, and other project team members to achieve project goals and objectives.

**4. Problem-Solving Skills**: The ability to identify and resolve complex technical and non-technical problems that arise during the integration setup phase.

**5. Client Relationship Management**: The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and third-party vendors involved in the integration, understand their needs and expectations, and ensure their satisfaction with the integration.

Experience/Skills Desired
- Fluent English level
- Experience in SCADA systems
- Experience in energy sector
