**Job Description**:
DTN is seeking a Project Manager based in our Seville office. In this role, as a valued team member, you will play a crucial role in driving the overall success of Global Operations.

The Project Manager is tasked with coordinating both external and internal stakeholders, collaborating with the Global Operations team to secure the desired business outcomes, emphasizing customer satisfaction and aiding in revenue expansion. From the moment of contract award to the successful delivery of the solution to our esteemed customer, the Project Manager will meticulously oversee each phase of the process, guaranteeing that all stipulations are fulfilled and the final product surpasses expectations.

The Project Manager will oversee various internal and/or external projects of moderate complexity from start to finish, ensuring the proper advancement and successful outcomes of these projects. Additionally, this role involves close collaboration with different management levels, such as business development teams, upholding service level agreements with clients, and conducting negotiations with third-party entities as necessary.

What you will be responsible for:

- Coordinating cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
- Developing project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.
- Determining project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements, and reviewing bids from contractors as applicable.
- Developing project status reports for key stakeholders by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends, and recommending actions based on general knowledge and frequent use of industry standards, techniques and practices.
- Collaborating across interdisciplinary teams.
- Reporting to the Solution Manager, coordinate and manage project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with management.
- Project Manager shall step in to handle significant problems.

What you will bring to the role:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding time management abilities with multitasking and work prioritization skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are crucial for collaborating with team members and managers, as well as for effective problem resolution.
- Robust organizational and planning capabilities in a dynamic environment.
- PMP certification is advantageous.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Well-acquainted with the project lifecycle.
- A collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to travel.
