**Who are we recruiting for?**

We are recruiting for a fast-growing Renewable Energy developer, focusing on utility-scale solar photovoltaic projects and battery storage systems projects and currently also targeting servicing the green hydrogen industry. Since 2012, our client has developed 21 solar PV projects totaling approximately 1.3 GW across the UK, Australia, and Spain

**What will you be doing?**
- Support the development of projects in their initial stage, e.g. e.g., assist in the identification of new development perspectives through the use of internal development tools
- Conduct land assessments and establish preliminary agreements with landowners, assisting in the negotiation of land-related agreements.
- Support the progress of development projects with internal business units, providing territory-specific information to facilitate technical optimization, design configuration, payments, leasing document reviews, etc.
- Build relationships and collaborate on project issue resolution by collaborating with external parties such as network operators.
- Assist in evaluating opportunities for land-specific value improvement, and evaluating solar PV projects for BESS co-location opportunities.
- Run financial models to evaluate the returns of multiple projects, evaluating sensitivity analysis of investments.
- Conduct market research on solar PV and storage market trends, policy updates, market marketing options, industry participants, and competitors.
- Assist with market entry processes to facilitate successful participation in ancillary services.
- University Degree, preferably in engineering or finance.
- Master in engineering or finance (preferred but not necessary).
- Three years of previous experience in the financial, energy, renewable energy, or civil engineering sectors.
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry and energy markets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English to engage with internal and external stakeholders
