En el departamento de Centro de Datos de Capital Energy estamos buscando incorporar un Land Acquisition Manager para Asegurar los derechos de terrenos para proyectos de centros de datos de Box2Bit.

Funciones:

- Prospección de mejores emplazamientos para la ubicación de Campus (análisis de suelos, encaje según normativos, dotación de infraestructuras necesarias ).
- Coordinación de los diferentes agentes o corredores para la obtención de las parcelas en los diferentes proyectos
- Gestión de la obtención de los permisos de ocupación de terrenos necesarios en los diferentes proyectos nacionales e internacionales de infraestructuras digitales (BOX2BIT).
- Apoyo en la negociación y cierre de los contratos asociados a la obtención de los terrenos. Coordinación de los equipos internos necesarios (legal, fiscal, financiero, etc.)
- Responsable del trámite con los diferentes organismos oficiales en la obtención de permisos de ocupación de terrenos.
- Coordinación de las diferentes ingenierías y empresas que colaboran en la obtención de permisos de terrenos de titularidad privada.
- Coordinación con otras funciones críticas para la evaluación de viabilidad de emplazamientos (fibra, conexiones, líneas).

**Requisitos**:

- Ingeniero Técnico o superior, Arquitecto, ADE o Derecho.
- Al menos 5-7 años demostrables en trabajos similares.
- Se valorará positivamente tener experiência urbanismo, redacción de proyectos y planes urbanísticos, en el manejo de documentación de la Propiedad (escrituras, Notas simples Registrales, Certificaciones Catastrales, etc.), valoración y tramitación de herencias, gestión de permisos de pasos de infraestructuras eléctricas, despliegues de fibra óptica, gaseoductos, carreteras, etc.
- Se valorará positivamente contar con experiência tanto en suelo industrial como rústico, así como en diferentes tipos de infraestructuras.
- Imprescindible nível alto de inglés (hablado y escrito). Valorable el manejo de otros idiomas como el francés o alemán.
- Imprescindible alta disponibilidad para viajar (más del 60% del tiempo) a nível nacional e internacional.
