With 100+ Locations opening around the globe, we have multiple job opportunities at any given time.**Job Summary** **What the role is** - The Global Head Finance Operations will help with the work in collaboration with the country team. This position will report directly to the COO and will help to keep updated the developments and initiatives for the team agenda under its responsibility. The position will be based in Madrid.**Responsibilities** **What you will be doing**Management - Oversee the finance & accounting operations of all the locations globally, managing finance teams in +20 countries -Coordinate month-end and ensure completeness and accuracy of monthly results -Review cash flow actuals and forecast with the country teams -Support along with FP&A the budgeting and forecasting process - Operations - Review business KPIs and issue recommendations Senior Management to drive profitability -Manage finance structure and cost to drive efficiency globally -Monitor cost across the different segments. - Compliance - Oversee compliance with local reporting requirements and tax filings globally. -Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit -Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards in each location. -Develop accounting policies and finance SOPs and ensure compliance globally. **Requirements (language, years of experience, area of experience, specific knowledge)** **What you need for the role**10+ years of Finance; Accounting experience in the hospitality industry -High school diploma required, college courses in accounting preferred -Excellent knowledge of accounting (accounts payable/general ledger, financial chart of accounts, etc.) -Good knowledge of corporate procedures and financial processes (budgeting, financial closure, etc.) -Fluent or capable of working in Spanish and English -Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word -NetSuite experience is desirable. -Must have strong work ethics -Must be well organized and a self-starter -Must be able to follow standard filing procedures -Detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable -Possess strong organizational and time management skills -Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing -Ability to interact with employees professionally -Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness **Benefits** **What can you expect**Competitive salary. -Performance bonus. -No dress code. -Pet-friendly (as long as your pet is friendly). -Multiple online training opportunities. -Cultural events and wellness activities at Locations.
