Partner @ BOSS Energy Consulting | Climate Tech & Clean Energy Role Overview The Head of Finance will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring robust financial planning, and driving strategic decision‐making to support the company's growth in the clean energy sector. This role requires a strong understanding of renewable energy markets, project financing, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's vision and growth objectives. Advise the executive team on financial performance, risks, and opportunities. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‐term financial planning. Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency. Capital Management: Manage capital structure, funding strategies, and investor relations. Oversee project financing for renewable energy projects, including debt and equity arrangements. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards. Implement robust internal controls and risk management frameworks. Build and lead a high‐performing finance team. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related sectors. Strong knowledge of project financing, capital markets, and financial modeling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking and business acumen. Advanced analytical and problem‐solving skills. Leadership and team development capabilities. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Why Join Us?
